Yummm!

Literally tastes like melted ice cream. If you add it to your milk of choice and add a bit of cinnamon it tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal milk. As a personal trainer, I was very worried about losing muscle mass during my surgery recovery but I feel soo good about drinking this and look forward to it everyday.
