High Protein Gyro
1 pound ground lamb, chicken, or beef (sub chickpeas )
1 cucumber, 10 small cherry tomatoes, sliced
Parsley, Evoo
1 container Tzatziki sauce
1. Cook meat, drain.
2. Place cucumber, tomatoes in a bowl Season with parsley and evoo.
3. Place meat, cucumber mix and 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce in a pita pocket.
