Protips: Using dark meat contains myoglobin, which helps bring oxygen to the muscles. It is found in the legs of the animal, thus giving the turkey legs its dark color. It is also richer in zinc

  • Season with a lot of rosemary or herbs

 This is a perfect dish to bring to a Thanksgiving dinner.  My favorite way to make it is cooking with 2 bell peppers and boiling it in unsalted chicken broth for a lot of flavor.

  • Remove the onions if eating the Green Bean casserole
